Location: 510 Hebron Rd, Heath, Ohio, 43056 Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour Job Summary As a Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will deliver exceptional customer service, promote monthly Unlimited Wash Club membership, and support daily car wash operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression. Engage customers pre- and post-wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and upsell membership and retail products. Perform quality control checks to maintain high service standards. Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Address customer escalations calmly and professionally. Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS). Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledge. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends and varying hours. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Positive attitude, willingness to follow direction, and professional appearance. Adherence to safety guidelines and use of required safety equipment.
