Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have experience in sales and client services.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computerized systems to record and track customer interactions. Experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of office procedures and technology. Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. A high school diploma or equivalent required; related college courses and fluency in Spanish would influence compensation
