Highlights Pay : $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location : Canton, OH Facility : Mercy Hospital Department/Unit : Emergency Department Schedule : Full-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required Experience New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience required Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or within one year Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon hire or within one year Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required upon hire or within 24 months About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
