SCM Procurement SupervisorReports To: Procurement ManagerJob Type: Full-Time EmployeeDepartment: West SCMLocation: Commerce, CA 90040Job SummaryThe Procurement Supervisor will support strategic sourcing activities by assisting in RFQ processes, supplier coordination, cost analysis, and procurement data management. This role focuses on enabling efficient sourcing execution and maintaining data accuracy within SRM and SAP systems, rather than routine replenishment purchasing.The position will work closely with the Sr. Procurement Supervisor and cross-functional teams to support supplier selection, pricing analysis, and new product sourcing initiatives.Primary ResponsibilitiesJob duties include but are not limited to the following:Support RFQ processes, including supplier outreach, quotation collection, and data consolidationAssist in supplier communication for pricing, specifications, and lead time confirmationPrepare and analyze basic cost comparisons to support sourcing decisionsMaintain and manage procurement data in SRM and SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistencySupport new supplier onboarding, including documentation collection and system setupAssist in new product sourcing activities in coordination with R&D and MarketingTrack supplier quotations, price changes, and maintain historical pricing recordsSupport contract and pricing documentation managementCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate sourcing requirementsAssist in preparing procurement reports, including cost analysis and supplier performance trackingEnsure compliance with procurement processes, policies, and documentation standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, accounting or related field2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply ChainBasic understanding of RFQ process, supplier management, and cost structuresExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Strong analytical skills with attention to detailGood communication and coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, comparison analysis)Ability to support multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in Korean and English preferred
