AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your role as a part‑time Brand Ambassador is to bring our brand to life daily, ensuring every guest receives an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, proud of the brand, and passionate about building loyalty and representing our values while being authentic in your day‑to‑day interactions. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and enthusiastically suggest products that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Be flexible across zones—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom—if required. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork. Act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people.
