This entry-level role within the R&D Project Management Department focuses on one or more functional areas such as supply chain, finance, quality systems, or business development. You will support project coordination activities, ensuring timelines and documentation are maintained. This position offers the chance to work closely with multiple teams and contribute to the success of research and development projects.Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PMLocation: Winchester, KY100% OnsiteThe RoleWork within the project management team to develop timelines, record meeting minutes, and manage overall project plansCoordinate raw material item setup, shipment, and release for productionCollaborate with Safety, Warehouse, and Project Managers to coordinate sample shipmentsAssist Project Managers with assembling and tracking invoices and billingReview forecasting and scheduling against quotesAssist with project kick-offs and close outsAssist with review of key documentationObserve production with clients and report lessons learnedSupport planning and coordination of R&D analytical activitiesPrepare quotes and quote amendmentsPerform additional duties as requiredThe CandidateMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma with 5+ years relevant industry experience OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering or relevant field with 2+ years of experience OR Master’s degree in Business AdministrationStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to support effective interaction in a team-based environment and with multiple departments dailyExperience with Trackwise or other similar Quality Management systems requiredExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsHighly developed time management, planning, and multitasking skillsSelf-driven, highly organized, and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentIndividual may be required to sit for extended periods.
