We are looking for an individual to provide specialized Information Technology support for our strategic business partners within the client Corporate Center.

Job Description:

• This role needs to be AI-forward.
\n
• Specifically — Claude-certified, confident with mass communication at enterprise scale, and experienced rolling out software to large user populations.
\n
• Those aren’t nice-to-haves.
\n
• The rollout and enablement work we’re doing lives or dies on someone who can communicate broadly and drive adoption, not just manage a backlog.
\n
• Worth writing into the req so we attract the right profile rather than filtering for it after the fact.
\n

Drive the AI Enablement Training Program with domain-specific partners:

\n

\n
• Run use case discovery with program partners and end users in assigned domains.
\n
• Document top use cases by job profile.
\n
• Design domain training: curricula, modules, demo scenarios, exercises, and reference guides.
\n
• Build train-the-trainer materials and coach program partners to deliver them.
\n
• Deliver domain sessions directly when program partner capacity is insufficient.
\n
• Identify candidate domain skills and connector needs.
\n
• Route connector requests to AI Enablement engineering.
\n
• Define per-domain success metrics with program partners.
\n
• Track training completion and collect documented productivity wins.
\n
• Update domain materials when Claude features change.
\n
• Hand off all materials to program partners before contract end.
\n

Skills:

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• 3+ years of product management experience.
\n
• 1+ years designing and delivering enterprise training or enablement programs for non-technical audiences.
\n
• Experience running user research interviews and translating findings into requirements.
\n
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in business workflows.
\n
• Experience presenting to director and VP audiences.
\n

\n

Preferred:

\n

\n
• Retail or ecommerce experience in one or more assigned domains.
\n
• Experience producing video or self-paced learning content.
\n
• Experience with a learning management system.
\n

\n

Education:

\n

Preferred:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or another quantitative field.
\n

\n

Alternatively:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
