Site Coordinator

The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. What will you do? Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team More about you Experience within HR functions or similiar role This is an event based position, so must be flexible in schedule to adapt to varying demands throughout the year Possess strong organizational and communication skills Customer service oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends OT as needed Events Source: Hospitality Online #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware North at Nationwide Arena
