Primary Care Physician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. 100% outpatient – no call. Participate in development of clinic protocols and formulary. Leadership opportunity available. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; must maintain active certification throughout employment. Current active Federal and State DEA License. Job & Physical Requirements Work under usual office conditions; required to use a personal computer and be on the phone for extended periods. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. Must work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel Requirements Work will involve some driving/traveling to assigned clinics.
