Reentry Peer Mentor: Community Support & Guidance
Osborne Association, Inc.
The Osborne Association seeks a full-time Peer Mentor for the Fulton Community Reentry Center in the Bronx, NY. You will support participants reintegrating into community life through program engagement and one-to-one meetings, while connecting them with housing, identification, and other community resources. Working Sundays through Thursdays, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, you will collaborate with Osborne programs to promote positive reintegration, provide guidance, and document contacts in accordance #J-18808-Ljbffr Osborne Association, Inc.
