- Use multiple computer systems daily, including web-based and database inventory tracking programs, ERP systems, SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and order tracking tools to manage and monitor inventory.
- Print inventory reports and pick lists generated from internal systems, then perform physical counts and location checks throughout the building to ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory.
- Own the accuracy of inventory counts and records, taking responsibility for ensuring that physical inventory matches system data at all times.
- Conduct regular and ad hoc physical counts of parts and materials to confirm correct quantities, locations, and quality as indicated in the inventory systems.
- Investigate and locate missing or misallocated parts when inventory does not accurately appear in the system, resolving discrepancies and updating records accordingly.

- Operate stand-up forklifts, electric carts, and other material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, including working at heights while secured in harnesses to pick parts near the ceiling.
- Navigate warehouse racks and storage areas, bending, twisting, and lifting as needed to count, locate, and verify product throughout the building.
- Apply strong attention to detail to identify and correct inventory issues, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with training personnel and follow structured training programs, including classroom and on-the-job training, and successfully complete written and hands-on exams related to forklift operation and inventory systems.
- Adhere to established safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment such as steel-toed shoes, bump caps, high-visibility vests, and safety glasses.
- Maintain strong attendance, particularly during the initial training period, and consistently meet scheduling and overtime requirements, including mandated 10-hour days and potential weekend work.
- Support continuous improvement in inventory processes by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and helping to implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Experience with inventory tracking and inventory control in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
- Past experience operating forklifts, preferably stand-up or man-up forklifts, in a warehouse environment.
- Comfort operating forklifts and electric carts, including working in harnesses and at heights near the ceiling to pick parts.
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift as needed to count, locate, and move product throughout the building.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail in previous roles, with a proven track record of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong attendance history and reliability, especially during critical training and onboarding periods.
- Desire to work in a role focused on solving inventory issues, with a mindset geared toward fixing discrepancies and ensuring records are correct.
- Comfort working with RF scanners and other inventory scanning equipment.
- Ability to work extended hours, including 10-hour days and regular overtime, and openness to mandated Saturday overtime and voluntary Sunday overtime.
