About the Role:

Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Sports Coach to join our team in Wellington, FL! Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead engaging youth sports sessions and fitness activities

Instruct young athletes in proper techniques, rules, and sportsmanship

Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, adjusting coaching methods as needed

Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding athlete development

Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety standards before each session

Assist in organizing youth sports events, drills, and team-building exercises

Requirements:

Previous experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports or fitness setting

Strong knowledge of youth sports, athletic training, or physical education

Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills

Ability to work with children of varying ages and skill levels (2-10 years old)

Reliable, punctual, and a positive role model for young athletes

Background check required
