Job Title: Physician Assistant – Intensivist (Nights Only) Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night‑shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high‑quality critical care. Position Highlights Nights‑only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM – 7 AM) Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment Work autonomously alongside a well‑established team Utilizes EPIC EMR system Competitive compensation and benefits package Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred Strong clinical judgement and independent decision‑making ability Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Experience less than 1 year ACLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer Why Baylor Scott & White – Lakeway?
