Overview Physical Therapy Assistant PRN opportunity at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare. You will help improve patients’ mobility and independence through individualized care, supported by clear processes, attainable caseloads, and collaboration with supervising PTs and the care team. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility. Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function. Monitor patient progress and document responses to ensure safe, effective care. Educate patients and families on the use of assistive devices and home exercise programs. Collaborate with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA). Associate Degree. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
