Receptionist - Now Hiring

Maximize your front-desk expertise with an expanded administrative role! We are immediately hiring an experienced Receptionist to manage our front office operations while providing critical support to project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform core administrative duties, including filing, scanning, document creation, and assisting with large-scale document preparation.
- Accurately update and maintain visitor logs, client databases, and internal tracking systems.
- Efficiently handle high-volume inbound calls, manage overflow communications, and ensure accurate message routing.
- Oversee office supply inventory, handle ordering for the facility, and maintain stock levels.
- Serve as the primary front-desk contact for visitors, office vendors, courier deliveries, and building maintenance requests.

work hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
