As a Cook at Park Tavern and Market, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items, including our famous wings, homemade pizzas, and other bar favorites.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure food safety and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
• Bringing creativity and care to every dish you prepare.

We’re seeking someone who loves cooking and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
• A passion for food and an eye for detail when it comes to presentation and flavor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
