Customer Service Representative Location 1015 Belvidere St, El Paso, TX 79912 Employment Type Full‑time with Benefits: award‑winning benefits package, medical/dental, 401(k), PTO, and more. Responsibilities Process inbound calls using scripts and comprehensive knowledge of cellular phones, billing, and general customer queries. Act as a technology troubleshooter: explain cellular device functions, guide customers through SIM card changes, app downloads, and contact management. Answer data‑entry, lookup, and related tasks while engaged with the PC for the duration of the shift. Operate within PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, and follow client information privacy, no cell‑phone, and local, state and federal wireless standards. Use communication tools such as Teams and Outlook, and provide accurate, clear information using available resources. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma; 18 years or older. Minimum 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center, or desktop application experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working with mobile phones, either in a technical support or service capacity. Effective communication and literacy skills; ability to read scripted responses naturally with confidence and accuracy. Basic computer navigation and typing skills. Time‑management ability and capacity to work with challenging customers while maintaining a positive experience on each call. Other Schedule flexibility required.
