Closet Factory is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop our 

team of designers. This role is responsible for recruiting top talent, coaching individuals to reach 

their full potential, managing sales performance, and creating a culture of accountability, 

professionalism, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives on developing people, using data to 

drive decisions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent by identifying candidates who align with our 

culture, setting clear expectations, and creating a successful onboarding experience. 

Coach and develop designers through regular one-on-one meetings, opportunity 

reviews, ongoing training, and individualized development plans that drive both personal 

and professional growth. 

Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing ClosetWare reports, coaching 

to key metrics, and helping designers achieve and exceed their goals. 

Manage lead distribution to ensure opportunities are assigned strategically, fairly, and 

in a way that maximizes close rates and customer satisfaction. 

Lead engaging and productive sales meetings that reinforce company initiatives, build 

selling skills, share product knowledge, recognize achievements, and strengthen team 

collaboration. 

Develop and execute sales promotions and incentive programs that motivate the team, 

increase sales, and support company growth. 

Build community relationships and networking opportunities by developing 

partnerships with local businesses, participating in networking events, and identifying 

opportunities to generate new business, referrals, and brand awareness. 

Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and positivity by providing 

meaningful feedback, recognizing accomplishments, addressing performance concerns, 

and promoting respectful teamwork. 

Champion an exceptional client experience by reinforcing customer-focused behaviors, 

encouraging repeat and referral business, and assisting with client escalations when 

needed. 

Lead by example through integrity, professionalism, continuous learning, and a passion 

for developing people and achieving results.
