Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (NOC)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Haida Nursing and Rehab , a renowned senior living community in Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania . As a valued member of our evening shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and comfort to our residents in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (NOC) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality personal care, medication management, and medical support to our residents. Your expertise and gentle touch will help us maintain a sense of community and belonging, and we are seeking someone who shares our commitment to putting the needs of others first.
Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to facility policies
• Perform vital signs, monitor residents' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence and dignity
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
