Quality auditor

Got 2+ years in warehouse quality auditing?

We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Quality Auditor to own process compliance and keep our logistics operations running at peak accuracy. In this role, you'll inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, use digital audit tools, and partner directly with warehouse leadership to catch non-conformances before they hit the customer.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine process, product, and system audits to verify
compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products for conformance to
specifications.
• Document audit findings and prepare accurate reports for management
review.
• Identify non-conformances and quality issues and escalate concerns
when necessary.
• Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA).
• Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work
instructions, and quality policies.
• Assist in root cause analysis investigations and problem-solving
activities.
• Maintain quality records and audit documentation in accordance
with company requirements.
• Support customer, internal, and external audits.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
• Partner with production, operations, engineering, and leadership teams
to improve process effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
throughout the organization.
