Description Truck Diesel Technician All Roads Ford in Upper Marlboro, MD has an air conditioned state of the art facility and is ready for you to join our team as a Diesel Technician. Use your mechanical skills to diagnose, service, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to efficient, accurate work are essential. - $22-$45/hour (based on experience)
- Production bonuses available
- Full-time, first shift - Monday-Friday
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

- Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
- Create accurate repair estimates ( CDK experience a plus )
- Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
- Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
