In this role, you will support the distribution of cross-asset structured note solutions across a diverse client base, including institutional investors, distributors, and private banks. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of structured products, exceptional relationship management skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing platform, contribute to innovative product solutions, and play a meaningful role in expanding our structured notes franchise.What You’ll DoGenerate pricing indications using internal pricing tools and platformsPartner closely with Sales, Structuring, Trading, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and deliveryDevelop tailored investment ideas and structured product solutions aligned with client objectives and market viewsManage desk flow, client inquiries, and ad hoc requests to deliver a high level of client service and responsivenessMonitor structured note lifecycle events, post-sale activity, and product performanceSupport onboarding and relationship development for new clients and distribution partnersContribute to automation and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and scalabilityAssist with strategic business development efforts, including platform enhancements and digital initiatives designed to improve the client experienceWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education:Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - RequiredQualifications:1+ years of experience in salesStrong analytical skills for tracking and reportingFamiliarity with derivatives and structured notes is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBrings a can-do attitude to support the team and takes initiative to improves business processesCertifications:FINRA Series SIE, 7 and 63It Would Be Nice For You To Have:Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.What Else You Need To Know:The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
