LPN Care Coordinator – Full-TimeLocation: Little Falls, MN | Hours: 80 per pay period | Hourly Salary Range: $37.57 – $46.92At St. Francis Health Services, we are committed to providing care that values every human life. This role combines leadership and hands-on nursing practice, ensuring care delivery meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
