Local Rate: $3,637.5/week
Travel Rate: $4,298.5/week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for Behavioral Health nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to support professional development and care quality
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and outcomes
• Manage workflows, staffing allocation, budgeting, and resource utilization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support operational excellence

Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years Behavioral Health or Psychiatric nursing leadership experience required
• Proven experience in nursing supervisory or management role in acute or inpatient psychiatric setting
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong psychiatric clinical judgment and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
