Location: Madison, WI

Compensation: $2280 - $2746 | Shift: 5x8 Days

Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialized wound care management and treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient tracking.
- Provide support across local campuses within the same discipline as required.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care.
- Work during 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
- Wound Care Certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Epic EMR is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting is required.
- At least one completed travel contract is preferred.
- Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the past 12 months.
- A valid driver’s license and license verification are necessary.
- Skills checklist must be completed within one year of submission.
- One supervisory reference is required at the time of application.
- Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
