Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. Conduct in-home assessments to ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards. Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements. Supervise and manage the nursing team for home care, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers, ensuring high-quality patient care. Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases. Qualifications and Requirements: Must Haves: Active RN License - Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation. Clinical Experience - 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing. IV Infusion Therapy Expertise - Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications and hydration. CPR Certification. Strong Leadership & Management Skills - Ability to supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff. Proficient in Care Plan Development - Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans. Quality Assurance & Risk Management - Experience with auditing and maintaining compliance with policies. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills - Capable of managing staffing issues and patient concerns efficiently. Reliable Car with Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance. Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities and emergencies. Nice to Haves: Experience in Home Health or Private Duty Nursing.
