Key responsibilities include leveraging databases to acquire client and performance data, transforming extracted data into meaningful insights and trends, and delivering those insights to leaders to make complex business decisions. This role partners closely with the Business Analytics & Enablement team to deliver high-quality analytical products while ensuring adherence to business, team, and enterprise reporting, governance, and data management standards. The team is committed to developing scalable, automated solutions that address immediate business needs while aligning with long-term strategic objectives. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, identifying potential risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies to drive informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Extract, integrate, and analyze data using programming languages and tools such as SAS, JavaScript, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau and Power BI, leveraging both relational and non-relational database technologies across on-premises and cloud-based environments.Connect and consolidate data from multiple sources, applying technical expertise, business knowledge, and process understanding to transform raw data into meaningful metrics, insights, and business intelligence solutions.Perform quantitative analysis on customer, transactional, operational, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations that support business decision-making.Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and leadership to understand reporting requirements, conduct research, and deliver accurate and meaningful analytical solutions.Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support strategic and operational objectives.Conduct data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytical outputs; identify and escalate data issues, inconsistencies, or gaps as appropriate.Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of data and reporting risks, helping to develop effective mitigation strategies and controls.Adhere to established development, governance, documentation, and quality assurance standards to ensure business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Contributes to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation capabilities, and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall business value.Required Skills:• Minimum 1year experience as Data Analyst or Process/ Project Management or similar role in financial services industry• Effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and complete user acceptance testing• Talent for combining business acumen with analytical skills, interpret large amounts of data, synthesize multiple analysis into a coherent message and translate into actionable insights• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project delivery dates• Comfortably communicate (oral and written) with team members and customers to influence outcomes• Proficient in independent work and team projects, executing on-time and with precision• Create, review, and monitor requirement documents needed to support repeatability, business continuity, governance and audit requirements• Stay current with the latest developments in Bank of America approved software and applications• Strong technical knowledge of reporting and analytics tools, including:JavaScriptTableauPowerShellSQLAlteryxPythonPowerQueryVBAPySparkSharePoint On-premises/SharePoint OnlineSoft Skills:Analytical ThinkingBusiness AnalyticsBusiness IntelligenceCollaborationCritical ThinkingData and Trend AnalysisDesired Skills:• Knowledge of agile methodology• Business understanding of Global Operations• Bachelors in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent experienceShift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
