Commercial Construction | Regional Travel | up to $130K Base + Bonus + Benefits
A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the midwest ranging from $5M-$20M+ . The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse commercial projects including multifamily, retail, restaurants, healthcare, office, industrial, education, mixed-use, and municipal work.

A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the midwest ranging from $5M-$20M+ . The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse commercial projects including multifamily, retail, restaurants, healthcare, office, industrial, education, mixed-use, and municipal work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations from start to finish
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within company standards
- 4+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Proven success leading projects valued at $5M-$20M+
- Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel in the midwest
- Home every 2-4 weeks
- Multifamily experience required
- up to $130,000+ Base Salary
- Performance Bonus
