Supply And Demand Planning ManagerAs a Supply And Demand Planning Manager, you will work closely with internal core teams to drive material readiness for new products. Your responsibilities will include daily supply management, addressing constraints, providing executive status reporting and escalation, and pursuing operational excellence and continuous improvement.In this role, you will ensure that Zoox's hardware needs are well understood across all programs and business areas, preparing both internal teams and external partners to meet these demands on time. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will manage the aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments for hardware programs from development through mass production. This includes critical component planning, allocation direction, modeling supply flexibility, and managing materials liability.In this role, you will...Serve as the bridge between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain executionBuild demand planning models based on market data and "what if" scenarios that analyze new product introductionsPartner with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory capacity based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints.Forecast demand versus supply, define key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment rate), and report performance to leadershipManage clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&O, and mitigation plansDrive scalable supply & demand planning processes, lead continuous improvements, and deliver clear weekly executive updatesQualificationsBachelor's degreeAt minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in supply & demand management and/or materials managementStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive management and large, cross-functional groupsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-makingBonus QualificationsMBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations ManagementExperience in NPI Operations and/ or consumer electronicsExperience with MRP/ERPAdvanced modeling skills, with a particular focus on MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools$175,000 - $210,000 a year Base Salary Range There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
