Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Ability to manage caseloads typical of SNF environments, including post‑acute care, transfers, gait training, and ADL‑focused therapy. Demonstrated proficiency with documentation for SNF care, including Medicare and MDS‑focused requirements preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days, Hours 0800-1630 Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Assignment Length: 14 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week Meal Break: 30 minutes Location Highlights Mendham is approximately 35 miles west of New York City and 15 miles from Morristown, providing commuter rail and highway access.
