This role partners closely with platform owners, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions across ITSM, CSM, and related ServiceNow capabilities.The ideal candidate combines strong platform development experience with modern AI-assisted development practices, including the ability to leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, automation tooling, and agentic AI products, to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
