Remote Accountant

To support multiple clients, the full-time Remote Accountant will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes while providing exceptional client service in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking transactions for various clients Ensure accurate processing of transactions and manage month-end close processes Conduct client calls to maintain high levels of customer service and support financial activities Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience At least 2 years of experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite software Working knowledge of prepaids, accruals, and inventory management Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining professionalism Strong interest in utilizing 3rd party applications to enhance efficiency Virtual Vocations Inc
