Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
• Valid SLP license issued by the state of Vermont
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience in pediatrics or school settings is a plus, but motivated new graduates will also be considered
• Knowledge of IEP development, assessment, and progress tracking
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the development of IEPs
• Participate in student evaluations, team meetings, and professional development activities
• Educate staff and families on student progress and strategies for ongoing support
