Inside Sales Representative

Position: Inside Sales Representative Job Description: Arrow Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. What You'll Be Doing: Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues Assist in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility Solid verbal and written communication skills Excel experience - pivot tables, VLOOKUP skills preferred Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be US citizens Competitive base + commission Work Arrangement: Alpharetta, Huntsville, and Lake Mary-This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office and 2 days per week from home.
