Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Full time Weekend Location & Schedule Facility: GSS ND Larimore Ctr Location: Larimore, ND Address: 501 E Front St, Larimore, ND 58251, USA Shift: Weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.50 – $48.00 / hour Sign On Bonus: $25,000 (incl. $12,500 paid out after 60 days) Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities include: Provide comprehensive assessments and develop care plans. Deliver nursing interventions and manage resident education. Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within scope. Coordinate care, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and state administrative rules. Maintain competency and adhere to American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs (multistate licensure acceptable for NLC states).
