About the Position
Wakefield is a village that is centrally located to all of Rhode Island's beaches, ranging from Misquamicut beach on the western edge of the state to Second Beach in Newport. Wakefield is home to 3 of the most beautiful beaches in the state. There are numerous tourist destinations within driving distance, including the mansions of Newport, the aquarium and seaport at Mystic, the world's largest casino, and a ferry connecting to the breathtaking beauty of Block Island.

- Join 1 established breast surgeon in a well-supported oncology program
- APPs provide 24-hour first-call coverage; surgeons rarely on call
- Up to 10 days of call per month, may include some general surgery call
- Da Vinci Robot available for surgical procedures
- Large cancer center with radiation oncology and hematology/oncology support
- Not-for-profit, hospital-employed position qualifying for PSLF
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of breast surgery experience required; no visa sponsorship
