The role combines strong financial rigor with advanced analytics and process innovation, including the use of AI-driven insights and agentic automation to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.**Responsibilities*** Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisions* Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities* Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting, long-range planning, and investment decisions* Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendations* Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes through standardization and automation* Leverage AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation, increasing speed and quality of insights* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs* Support strategic initiatives through business cases and financial modeling* Skills* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights* Experience with planning systems (e.g., Tagetik) and data-driven decision support* Process improvement mindset with focus on scalability and standardization* AI-enabled finance: ability to leverage AI/agentic tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision support* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills**Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field* 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar role* Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business partnering capacity* Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools preferred* Global experience preferred* Travel is approx. 20% in the U.S. and Europe## Our Interview Practices*To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
