Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in youth development, education, nonprofit programming, community organizing, or a related field. Demonstrated experience producing and managing large-scale events, workshops, trainings, or community programs from planning through execution. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, exercise sound judgment, prioritize competing demands, and execute work with minimal supervision.
