Position Overview We’re hiring a Travel‑Focused Pet Insurance Sales Associate who thrives on movement, relationship‑building, and making meaningful connections. You’ll be on the road, meeting with shelter partners in various locations, representing Fetch in person, and engaging pet parents face‑to‑face to share why Fetch’s coverage matters. Travel is at the heart of this role (up to 75% of your time), and you should be excited about exploring different regions and expanding your impact. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively and could have the option to a paid relocation to one of Fetch’s thriving regional hubs as part of this dynamic, growth‑oriented position. Requirements Willing to travel, up to but not limited to, 75% in the Pennsylvania area Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at partner locations in the Pennsylvania area Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch; demonstrate a deep understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products Turn prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers Accurately record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at partner locations to meet performance objectives and partner expectations monthly Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow‑up meetings Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business Communicate with peers via chat to identify challenges and successes Attend monthly company meetings or check‑ins virtually as required Manage expense budget and submit reports monthly Handle all administrative tasks and responsibilities related to the partnership Live up to Fetch’s commitment to continuously exceed customer expectations Skills Ability to travel to various shelters across the country, including regional, driving distance, and national air travel Structure work week during peak hours (Friday‑Sunday) when it is most lucrative for the agent Active P&C license or willing to obtain a P&C license at the expense of the company within 30 days of employment (subject to state requirements) Proven self‑starter with 3‑5 years in an animal care role Energized by being an industry pioneer Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities daily (enjoy speaking face‑to‑face) Familiar with animal health or animal welfare (a plus, not required) Think and act independently within a fast‑paced sales cycle Build relationships using a consultative, solution‑focused approach Demonstrate customer service skills and understand Fetch’s customer needs Willing to travel to industry events as required Exhibit excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Team player with innovative ideas and critical thinking Professional Traits Exhibits excellent business judgment Positive attitude Sets high team standards Action and results‑oriented and self‑reliant Compensation The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $100,000+ on a full‑time basis May qualify for additional bonuses in addition to base salary Eligible for the Company’s bonus plan(s) Up to $5,000 relocation fee Benefits & Perks Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan for you and your family Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Highly competitive 401(k) matching Generous 20‑day PTO policy with rollover; earn an additional day each year up to 30 days 9 paid holidays, including a floating holiday Fetch pet insurance discount – up to 50% off, up to $1,000 savings per year Educational Assistance Program Fetch Discount Perks Program Volunteering – earn up to 8 hours per calendar year at nonprofit organizations NYC office amenities: pet‑friendly environment, free lunch, snacks, and additional amenities; transit accessible Employee referral incentive Tuition assistance Commuter benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) EEO Statement Fetch is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
