Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Overtime: Mandatory overtime is likely during the week and weekends as production demands require

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Quality Inspector for a large distribution and logistics operation in Columbus, IN. This position is ideal for individuals who have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and can maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
• Audit inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track materials and inventory
• Load, unload, move, and transport materials using warehouse equipment
• Support production and warehouse operations by delivering materials where needed
• Maintain accurate records and communicate quality concerns to supervisors

Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for 8+ hours
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and scanner experience
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Quality inspection or inventory control experience
• Forklift and pallet jack experience
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
• Repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Regular interaction with warehouse staff and supervisors
• Warehouse temperatures and conditions may vary depending on work area
• PPE may be required in designated areas
