A rewarding part-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students at an elementary site near Framingham, MA for the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic year. This position offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule (Monday–Friday) and focuses on providing behavioral consultation and intervention in a school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing intervention strategies
- Public school experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and multidisciplinary teams
- Creative, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Role Highlights:
- Consult with school staff, providing direct support and expertise in behavioral interventions for approximately 29 students ranging from elementary (Grades 2–5) to middle school
- Update and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Offer proactive behavioral strategies to classroom teams to promote positive learning environments
- Partner with special education staff and administration to ensure student success and provide ongoing consultation as classrooms evolve
- Focus on both direct intervention and empowering staff through guidance and support
