Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products. Build strong customer relationships. Complete all general HVAC service calls. Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions. Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service. Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business. Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried. Desired Skills and Experience Organized with good follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication. Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections. A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments. Qualifications Customer service skills.
