07:00 - 19:00, with rotating weekends and one call shift every 5-6 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong ICU experience. You will be responsible for administering respiratory therapy treatments and working with various types of equipment, including oxygen, BIPAP/CPAP, and ventilators.

Responsibilities

• Administer nebulized treatments and BIPAP/CPAP as prescribed.
• Operate ventilators and manage arterial blood gas procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and document significant changes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RRT credential.
• Current Virginia State License.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications.
• ICU experience is essential.
