About the Role:
This position is primarily responsible for scheduling service calls, ordering parts, processing warranties, and collecting accounts receivable balances. This job is primarily an office position.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

-maintains all records and files in regards to service and accounts receivable 

-reaches out to all customers who owe on AR weekly through email 

-maintains customer information on AR and Service accounts

-responds to AR and service inquiries promptly and efficiently 

-identify and prioritizes addresses problems and issues related to service 

-Works with vendors regarding damaged product, services issues, and billing 

-Processes accounts receivable payments 

-emails invoices to customers on a timely basis to ensure timely payment 

-handles all charge backs and returns

-answers phone calls regarding accounts receivable and service 

-maintains log of service calls that need attention (parts ordered, need to be scheduled, etc.)

-Accepts and signs for packages that are dropped off by UPS and FedEx

-Answers phone calls, takes concise and sufficient messages and deliver them to the correct department, when needed
