Registered Nurse — Neuro and Trauma ICU (NTICU) – Interview Day Sign‑On for Eligible New Hires Work Shifts Available Nights Weekend and Holiday requirements for each shift By Appointment Only Qualifications Diploma of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred. 1 year experience as a clinical nurse (RN) or completion of an RN residency program required. One or more years of Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred. RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required. BCLS upon hire required. ACLS upon hire required. CPI within 30 days of hire. High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process. Assesses the patient. Plans the care of the patient. Intervenes as appropriate. Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions. Incorporates age‑specific safety and infection control measures into patient care. Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant other’s need for information.
