Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an Active LPN license in the state of residence Current/active CPR Certification Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
