What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through a seamless buying experience—in person, online, and over the phone
• Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Present and demonstrate vehicles (in-person and via video)
• Walk customers through financing, lease options, and vehicle features
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and people-focused individuals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people)
• A team player with a drive to succeed
• Valid driver’s license
