This role is responsible for establishing and leading business architecture frameworks, guiding transformation initiatives, and ensuring end-to-end integration between business processes, products, and technology.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, enterprise thinking, and hands-on experience driving business transformation in complex environments.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco, TX location 4-5 days a week​Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise business architecture, including capability models, value streams, and operating modelsAlign business strategy with execution by translating strategic objectives into actionable frameworks and initiativesDrive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including process optimization, modernization, and organizational designPartner with executive stakeholders, product management, and IT leadership to ensure alignment across business and technology domainsDevelop and evolve business capability maps to support prioritization, investment planning, and roadmap developmentIdentify operational gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies; recommend and implement improvementsEstablish and enforce business architecture standards, governance, and best practicesFacilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders and define businessrequirementsCollaborate with enterprise architects (data, application, and technology) to ensure integrated, scalable solutionsSupport portfolio planning, investment decisions, and benefits realization trackingMentor and guide junior architects and analystsKyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Required QualificationsThis position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco, TX location 4-5 days a weekBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, management consulting, or transformation rolesProven experience leading large-scale business transformation or modernization initiativesDeep knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g., BIZBOK, TOGAF)Strong experience with business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process designDemonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in public sector or regulated environments (e.g., DMV, transportation, ADOT)Business Architecture Guild (BIZBOK) or TOGAF certificationExperience supporting digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise system implementationsFamiliarity with modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, ArchiMate, Visio, Sparx EA)MBA or advanced degreeKey Leadership CompetenciesStrategic thinking and enterprise mindsetExecutive-level communication and stakeholder influenceTransformation leadership and change managementCross-functional collaboration and alignmentDecision-making and prioritizationCoaching and team developmentThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $92,040 to $174,840 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area):$110,400 to $209,880 California (All Other):$101,280 to $192,360 Colorado: $92,040 to $174,840 Massachusetts$92,040 to $192,360 New York City: $110,400 to $209,880 Washington: $101,280 to $192,360 Washington DC:$101,280 to $192,360 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
