Production Technician III

Cepheid, a Danaher company, seeks a Production Technician III to support manufacturing of synthetic oligonucleotides in a cGMP environment for in-vitro diagnostic products. The role involves executing standard operating procedures, operating specialized lab equipment, and contributing to product transfers from development to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate multiple process areas within oligonucleotide manufacturing lab
• Analyze and process production materials using bench techniques and lab instrumentation
• Perform and document process steps according to defined standard operating procedures
• Lead and participate in training activities and process improvement initiatives
• Support product transfers from development to manufacturing and validation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related life science field
• 0–5 years of industry experience
• Logical thinking, task prioritization, organization, and self-motivation
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis and GMP regulations (preferred)
• Experience with HPLC, LCMS, automated liquid handling, or similar instrumentation (preferred)

Compensation: $68,500–$90,750 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
