Job Description
Join our team as a Packer, where you will rotate between three key roles each day alongside fellow team members. Your tasks will include opening and preparing boxes, loading ink cartridges, and labeling and sealing boxes to be placed onto pallets. This position requires standing for 8 hours daily and maintaining pace with the production line.
Responsibilities

• Open and prepare boxes for packing.
• Load ink cartridges into boxes for shipping.
• Label and seal boxes before placing them onto pallets.
• Ensure the production line pace is maintained throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in inks or chemical environments is advantageous.
• Skills in batch mixing, loading, assembly, inventory management, RF scanning, skid handling, packaging, and pallet jack operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
